Pickup timing is confirmed only after the receiving aquarium is ready and the order details are complete. Bring an insulated container and follow the handling guidance supplied for the journey.
Eligible transport
Live-fish shipping is never automatic. Eligibility depends on species, destination law, documentation, forecast temperatures, carrier service, transit time, and the condition of the fish. A shipment may be postponed when safe travel cannot be reasonably expected.
Prepare before dispatch
Cycle the aquarium, test the water, secure the lid, confirm equipment operation, and keep the lights low for arrival. Do not add a newly arrived fish to an unprepared or unstable system.
