Arowana Fins Arowana Purchase Agreement

Review each term carefully before signing. This agreement is entered into by Arowana Fins (the "Seller") and the individual identified in this form (the "Buyer").

1. Specimen Condition and Arrival

The Seller represents that the identified fish has been observed for appetite, swimming posture, respiration, outward condition, and stable behavior before handoff. The following transaction-specific protections apply:

a. Arrival inspection: The Buyer must inspect the fish immediately and document any concern with clear video, photographs, packaging images, and current aquarium water-test results within the written notification window shown on the final order confirmation.
b. Aquarium readiness: The Buyer confirms that the receiving aquarium is fully cycled, appropriately sized, securely covered, and running with suitable filtration and stable water before arrival.
c. Remedy: Any eligible remedy, exclusion, deadline, refund, replacement, or transport obligation is limited to the terms written on the final invoice and specimen confirmation.

2. Pickup and Live-Fish Transport

a. Shipping: Transport is offered only when species, destination law, documentation, weather, carrier service, and safe transit conditions allow it. Related costs are the Buyer's responsibility unless the final invoice states otherwise.
b. Pickup: For personal pickup, the deposit shown on the final invoice is due when this agreement is accepted. The remaining purchase balance must be paid in full at pickup.

3. Purchase Price and Payment

The complete fish price entered above and all confirmed transport charges must be paid according to the final invoice. A reservation is not complete until the required payment and written confirmation have been received.

4. Buyer's Standard of Care

The Buyer agrees to maintain a suitable covered aquarium, mature filtration, stable water quality, appropriate nutrition, and qualified aquatic-health care when needed. The Buyer is responsible for every applicable ownership and transport requirement.

These terms represent the complete understanding between the parties. A change is valid only when documented in writing and signed by both Seller and Buyer.
